Staying at Casa Roca really feels like home. The checkin- and out- process is seamless. The hotell itself and room have really fine decoration, the wine machine is fun to use! Location is impeccable, close to everything and the hotel is easy to find in the old town.

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel récemment ouvert. Nous avons été enchantés par l’emplacement, la qualité des équipements et le raffinement de la décoration. Juste peut être la gestion compliquée de l’éclairage. Un vrai voyage dans les années 30, merci pour cette très belle expérience.

However, we are disappointed to read this account of your stay, as it does not reflect the standard of care we strive so hard to provide. Due to an overbooking conflict triggered by the booking platform, we proactively upgraded your party to two larger 1 bedroom superior residences to ensure you had ample space and comfort. We tried to contact you several times before arrival to discuss this by email and phone and whatsapp, but received no response or reply. The attention to detail was second to none. Well appointed rooms and very clean. The concierge was excellent. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels that were not as nice as this. I would definitely stay again.
