Pensando en el confort de nuestros huéspedes, acabamos de proceder a la renovación total de los colchones del hotel con opciones de alta calidad. Aun así, nuestro equipo de recepción y camareras de piso se volcó por completo con tu comodidad, llegando a instalar hasta cuatro sobrecolchones (toppers) adicionales para adaptarnos a tus exigencias personales. Lamentamos profundamente que, a pesar de todos estos esfuerzos personalizados, la estancia también se viera empañada por el incidente en tu baño, donde se provocó una inundación intencionada con el duchador que afectó gravemente a las instalaciones y a la moqueta. Gracias por su comentario. Primero queremos señalar que recibimos amenazas con solicitud de compensación económica después del check out por mensaje. No es forma para conseguir las cosas. Lamentamos sinceramente la incidencia con el aire acondicionado durante su estancia. Se trató de una avería inesperada que ocurrió ese mismo día y que estaba fuera de nuestro control. Desde que tuvimos conocimiento del problema, intentamos atender la situación y buscar una solución lo antes posible.
