Do not use !! Palmanova!!! When got the scooters one didn’t start and the other had a busted wheel there was no other scooters in the area!! Paid for two day passes!! They don’t answer the phone what’s app messages or emails SCAM! But answer to a bank dispute ! Funny as really scammers

English account name making a review in german language? Please Marco...making bad reviews under a fake account is not ethical. As you know the scooter stopped working because you rode more than 20 km top speed, all the time (do not forget that scooters are gps tracked) , and also in off road condition which is prohibited. The scooter overheated and stop working (for safety and until it cools down). Notwithstanding the vehicle stop working due to a cereless riding and not for proper malfunctioning, we fully refunded your ride. After refund was received, you sent us a message in private requesting to triple the refund and in exchange you would have taken out the bad review. Your account with us has been blocked accordingly.
