Absolutely terrible experience. The hostess was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude from the moment I arrived. I have never been treated this poorly at a restaurant. Her behavior completely ruined my experience and would never return because of the way she treated me. Very disappointing.

As you mentioned, we do have a wonderful terrace. However, on windy days we are sometimes unable to open the umbrellas, as this can be dangerous they are quite heavy and could fall. Regarding your main concern: your daughter asked my colleague, in a rather passive-aggressive manner, to change the layout of the dining room and set up a table specifically for you. My colleague explained that this wasn't possible, as it would block access to the balconies used by other guests. She offered several other available tables, but your daughter insisted.
