Das Personal und Auto sind unterirdisch als wir das Fahrzeug zurückbringen wollten, haben sie uns gesagt, dass wir keine Kaution bekommen, und eine Strafe zahlen müssen wenn wir das Auto nicht komplett volltanken, obwohl wir den Relax Tarif gebucht haben und das Auto so genau so voll ist wie wir es bekommen haben.

Terrible service. Very complicated. Getting the car took us at least one hour. And the parking card wasn’t working. Took us another 30 min to find someone to help us. Returning the car was a disaster. Instructions very vague. No one answering the emergency phone. Worst experience ever

Ottima auto e personale molto gentile. Al momento della consegna abbiamo chiesto di essere aiutati a pagare una multa ma non solo non abbiamo avuto assistenza ma ci addebiteranno 40 euro per la ‘gestione della pratica’.

Come indicato nelle nostre condizioni di noleggio, il conducente è responsabile di qualsiasi sanzione. Qualora la multa non venga pagata direttamente e l'autorità ci richieda di identificare il conducente, viene applicato un costo amministrativo di 49,90 € per la gestione della pratica. Ci scusiamo per gli eventuali disagi che questa situazione possa averle causato.
