After reviewing the situation internally, we understand that there was an operational misunderstanding at reception involving another prepaid group arriving at a similar time. This led to an incorrect initial charge, which had to be corrected after your round. We fully understand that this was not the ideal way to handle the situation and sincerely apologise for the discomfort caused. Our intention was never to mislead or pressure anyone, but to correct the payment error transparently. Friendly and helpful staff, very good par 3 course. Clubs and trolley’s available for hire. Made for a very nice holiday round of golf. Highly recommended!
