Dear Mona, We are sorry that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify the facts, as your review does not accurately reflect what happened with your booking. After completing your booking, you contacted us to say that you had forgotten to mention that your mother was elderly and unable to climb ladders. You did not request a cancellation; in fact, your message ended with “Thank you, see you Sunday.” We replied the following morning explaining that our catamarans are not fully accessible and that there are several steps and stairs on board. At no time did we tell you that your mother could not join the excursion. We regularly welcome guests with mobility difficulties, sometimes accompanied by a family member or assistant.
