Horrible matcha. Was barely matcha just tasted like milk. Went to ask for a refund or to be fixed and they offered no assistance, they were extremely rude and had horrible customer service. Would not recommend again

The matcha was very weak, with the milk-to-matcha off. My iced matcha tasted like milk rather than the earthy, rich, umami matcha flavour. I’d recommend using scales to weigh out the ingredients to achieve greater consistency and better flavour.
