The suite was thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and prepared by our housekeeping department before your arrival, and no stains or odours were detected at that time. During your stay of three nights, no complaint regarding any smell in the room was reported to our reception or housekeeping team prior to the second daily housekeeping service, when the matter was mentioned for the first time.
