You called us today at 08:12 hs and kept messaging our team for one hour until 09:37 hs. Our team sent you a payment link and introduced you in the electronic prescription system so as to be able to proceed with your request, receiving several times your answer "I will proceed now". You continued asking our team about opened pharmacies an other issues. In the end, you have never even tried to complete the payment process, and after one hour of work for you from our team, you said you've found another clinic, making our team loosing one hour of work for you for nothing. Now you also leave a 1 star review. How dare you? You should be ashamed of your behaviour. We have already blocked you for further calls or messages so as to avoid being contacted by you for any reason.

Great doctor. My circulation was weakening and my friend was able to continue treatment immediately thanks to his help. There should be doctors like this in Berlin too. Super helpful and friendly. Communication was also great and problem-free via WhatsApp. Thank yoou thank you thank you
