Meine Familie und ich konnten in dem Zimmer nicht schlafen, weil die Klimaanlage kaputt war. Ich bin zur Rezeption gegangen, um das Problem zu melden oder wenigstens einen Ventilator zu bekommen. Man sagte mir jedoch, dass es keinen Ventilator gibt. Außerdem war das Personal an der Rezeption leider nicht freundlich.

Es wimmelte von Ameisen im Hotelzimmer. Die Bolkontür ließ sich nicht abschließen und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert.
